Overview
Sloan Mechanical Services is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative. This position supports the growth of our existing customer/contract base. Direct sales experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in the HVAC industry. This position reports to the President.
Responsibilities
As a Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
Pursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreements leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs
Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software
Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment
Following up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance Agreement
Working productively and creatively with the service sales and operations group
Maintaining and nurturing new and existing customer relationships
Maintaining positive communications with all Sloan Mechanical Services Divisions to facilitate growth and opportunity for our company and our associates
